Let's say invoices are imported from external system like mobile invoice data source from operator, or other bulk payment interface from other supplier. Instead of viewing the interface tables in the backend - say AP_Invoices_Interface, AP_Invoice_Lines_Interface, they can be viewd in the front end via responsibility - Payables Manager.
Navigation - Invoices - Entry - Open Interface Invoices
Click at the "Open Interface Invoices" like above red arrow.
Open the query mode for viewing the interfaced invoice number in the interface Table
From above picture, this is the header level of invoice, if you would like to see more in detail please click at the line button.
